1Acceptance and identification

By using this website, you agree to these Terms of Use and to the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of them, do not use the website.

The website imersaoherbdigital.online is operated by HERBDELUX LLC, a limited liability company registered in the United States, with a business address at 28 W Flagler St, Ste 300B, Ofc 3209, Miami, FL 33130, United States, doing business as Herbdelux Digital and referred to in these terms as “Herbdelux Digital”.

2What this website offers

This website presents the Infinite Creatives Immersion: Installation & Usage Guide with Claude Code, sold for US$ 21, with the mind map and the skill included, and add-ons exclusive to immersion buyers: 1 year of access to Leavox for US$ 35 and Vox AI for US$ 32, plus the pack of 2 million Vox AI tokens for US$ 17.90. The website may also present other digital products by Herbdelux Digital.

All products are sold through third-party payment and delivery platforms. Prices are charged in US dollars (US$), and conversion to your currency is done at the time of payment.

3Results are not guaranteed

Nothing on this website or in the products is a promise of earnings, sales or financial results.

The immersion teaches a tool and a process. The performance of your ads and funnels depends on factors outside Herbdelux Digital's control: offer, niche, product, ad spend, execution, platform changes and market conditions. Examples shown on the website and in the materials serve to illustrate usage and do not represent typical results.

The content is educational and is not investment advice, nor legal, accounting or financial advice.

4Permitted use

You may freely browse, read and share the address of this website. You may not:

  • Copy text, layout, code or visual identity for your own or third-party commercial use.
  • Use bots or automation to extract content in bulk.
  • Attempt to access restricted areas, exploit security flaws or overload the server.
  • Send, through the contact channels, content that is illegal, offensive or that infringes third-party rights.
  • Impersonate another person or provide data that is not yours.

Misuse may lead to blocked access and to the applicable legal measures.

5Purchase and access

When you click to buy, you are taken to a third-party payment platform, where the purchase is completed. That platform's terms also apply. Herbdelux Digital does not receive, see or store card data.

Personal useAccess is personal and non-transferable. Sharing your login and password is not allowed.
Skill and mind mapLicensed for use by the buyer, including in their own business. They may not be resold, redistributed, published or included in other products.
PiracyRecording, downloading for distribution, copying, reselling or sharing the content, in whole or in part, is prohibited. Copyright infringement is a crime (art. 184 of the Brazilian Penal Code) and may lead to cancellation of access and to the applicable civil measures.

6Right of withdrawal

As with any online purchase, you may cancel within 7 days of the purchase or of receiving access and get a full refund of the amount paid, as provided for in article 49 of the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code (CDC). This applies to each purchase: the immersion, Leavox, Vox AI and token packs.

The request can be made through the platform where the purchase was made or through this website's contact channels. The refund follows the timelines of the platform and of the payment method used.

7Infinite Creatives Immersion

What's includedThe immersion (installation and usage guide for Claude Code to create creatives), the immersion mind map and the creatives skill for Claude Code.
RequirementsA computer compatible with Claude Code and an Anthropic account with a paid Claude plan (Pro or Max) or API credits. This cost is paid by you directly to Anthropic and is not included in the price of the immersion.

Claude Code is an Anthropic product, and Anthropic may change its features, plans, prices and usage rules at any time. Herbdelux Digital does not control these changes but may update the immersion and the skill to keep up with them.

8Leavox, Vox AI and tokens

The add-ons are optional and sold separately, each with its own checkout.

LeavoxUS$ 35, one-time payment, for 1 year of access to the Leavox platform. Exclusive to immersion students.
Vox AIUS$ 32. Vox AI is Leavox's artificial intelligence that creates complete funnels from a description and works inside the platform. Exclusive to immersion students.
TokensVox AI is not unlimited: it runs on tokens and comes with a usage limit. Once the limit is reached, you need to buy more tokens to keep using it. The pack of 2 million tokens costs US$ 17.90 and is sold through its own checkout.
Usage rulesLeavox and Vox AI are Leavox products. Their use is governed by Leavox's own terms of use and privacy policy, available at leavox.com.

Leavox and Vox AI features may change during the access period, as with any software.

9Use of creatives and funnels

The creatives and funnels you create with Claude Code, the skill or Leavox are your responsibility. Before publishing, review the content and make sure it:

  • Complies with the policies of the ad and payment platforms.
  • Does not use third-party images, trademarks, text, testimonials or works without authorization.
  • Makes no misleading promises and complies with the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code and advertising rules.

Modeling the structure of something that works is allowed. Copying someone else's content is not, and anyone who does so is solely responsible for the consequences.

10Intellectual property

The text, lessons, videos, mind map, skill, materials, visual identity, structure and code of this website and of the products belong to Herbdelux Digital and are protected by the Brazilian Copyright Law (Law No. 9,610/1998). A purchase grants a right of use under the terms of section 5 and does not transfer ownership.

The creatives, offers and funnels you produce are yours.

Third-party trademarks mentioned on the website belong to their owners and appear only to identify tools: Claude and Claude Code are trademarks of Anthropic; Leavox and Vox AI belong to Leavox; Facebook, Instagram and WhatsApp belong to Meta; Google belongs to Google. This website is not affiliated with Anthropic, Meta or Google, and is not endorsed by these companies.

11Third-party services

The products depend on third-party services, such as Claude Code, Leavox, payment platforms, WhatsApp and social networks. Herbdelux Digital does not control how these services work, their availability or their practices. When you use them, their own terms also apply.

12Availability

The website may be subject to maintenance, hosting failures, third-party unavailability, unforeseeable circumstances or force majeure. Herbdelux Digital may change, suspend or shut down the website, in whole or in part, without prior notice, without affecting access to products already purchased under the conditions stated at purchase.

13Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Herbdelux Digital is not liable for lost profits, lost business opportunities, blocked accounts on third-party platforms, changes made by Anthropic or Leavox to their products, or decisions made based solely on the content of this website.

Nothing in these terms waives rights guaranteed to you by the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code.

14Changes

These terms may change. The date at the top indicates the version in force. Changes do not alter the conditions of purchases made before them.

15Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States. This does not take away the rights that the law of the country where you live grants you as a consumer: for customers in Brazil, the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code, the Brazilian Copyright Law (Law No. 9,610/1998), the Brazilian Internet Civil Framework (Marco Civil da Internet, Law No. 12,965/2014) and the LGPD (Law No. 13,709/2018) still apply.

The courts of Miami-Dade County, Florida, United States are chosen to resolve any dispute, without prejudice to the consumer's right to file a claim in the courts of their place of residence.
